Notes on the operation of CNC Router machine

01 The operator on the machine must fully read the machine instructions, have certain technical training or practical experience, and operate in strict accordance with the engraving machine instruction manual.

02 The power supply voltage:220V/380V. If the local power supply voltage is unstable or there are high-power electrical equipment around, please confirm that it is equipped with a corresponding stable power supply. If the voltage is too low, the efficiency will decrease, and if the voltage is too high, there will be dangers such as short circuit and burning. In addition, when adjusting and maintaining the engraving machine, be sure to turn off the power of the machine to ensure the safety of electricity use.

03 The manual tool change model is equipped with 2 spindle wrenches, pay attention to the rotation direction of the spindle when replacing the spindle. The carving knife assembly must be clean, and it should not be too tight or too loose during use. If there is noise, it is likely that the carving knife is broken.

04 Clean CNC Router machine regularly, keep the equipment screw and guide rails free of debris, clean the screw and guide rails after work. If it is equipped with automatic oil system, it can be operated after starting up according to the actual situation.

05 The machine is equipped with heavy-duty bed. If it needs to be moved, especially for long-distance movement, it must be carried out under the guidance of professionals.

06 Start the cold water pump when the water-cooled spindle is turned on, and regularly check whether the spindle is overheated during processing to ensure a good processing environment.
