01 Pay attention to the problem of parameter setting and set an appropriate working origin. When positioning the Z-axis, remove the material and let the knife lightly touch the table, then the Z-axis returns to zero for the first time, and then increase the corresponding height according to the set cutting depth, and then let the Z-axis return to zero for the second time to confirm the origin of the Z-axis. According to the setting depth, when CNC router machine goes down to the lowest point, it is the place where the Z axis returns to zero for the first time, which is just above the table. In this way, the material processing effect is guaranteed without damaging the countertop.

02 Add a protective plate to the table of CNC router machine. For example, CNC router machine with vacuum working table can put a protective plate on the table. Choose a plate that is loose and breathable and will not affect the vacuum adsorption capacity.
